The Lead of Product Education position is responsible for ensuring the design and merchandising intention for the season is effectively and powerfully communicated through all channels in the organization. The position will be the advocate for how we educate on our product. This position must possess a unique blend of functional and aesthetic savvy; a big picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality.
Day in the life
•Lead the development of communication strategies for all product education initiatives, working with Design, Merchandising to create compelling communication that reflect the Design vision and Merchandising strategies for each week, month and season.
•Work closely with the Brand Team to build and deliver product education that supports all markets (including showrooms, new market stores and hot markets) and channels (retail, e-comm/digital and strat sales).
•Be an expert regarding what Educators, retail/online guests and the GEC need to contribute to an outstanding guest experience.
•Work in partnership with Design, Brand/Digital, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising and Stores teams to deliver best-in-class training and materials in an inspiring manner to ensure powerful product education and consistent messaging across all channels.
•Keep abreast of the latest advancements in technology and work with Store Ops and IT to continue to drive innovation in our tools and training methods.
•Working closely with Design to ensure that all “Why We Made This” tags are accurate and appropriately educate on the garment.

•University/college degree in business or merchandise management or other relevant area
•Minimum 5 years experience in a merchandise and/or product role
•Marketing and brand story telling skills
•Outstanding verbal and written communication
