Similar to our merchandising teams, we are one of lululemon’s biggest and there’s plenty of fun to go around. Dataphiles, design-lovers and spreadsheet savants, we work closely with our designers to interpret products into a business strategy. There are risks to forecast, budgets to set, merchandising plans to create. Along the way, we get a lot of help from people across the company. So we try to listen more than we talk, learn as much as we teach, and work as authentically as we live.
