Stores are the centre of the lululemon universe and we exist solely to support their success. Area and regional managers are store managers’ mentors, problem-solvers and sounding boards. Operational Solutions assist with efficiency analysis, backroom set-up, and other ops improvements. Implementations and Communications handle scheduling and inventory management and work with Store Training to develop educational tools. Just about every one of us started at a lululemon store.
