Ali began practicing yoga in college and found it to be a great way to destress. After noticing drastic changes both mentally and physically, she bagan to develop a routine practice. Yoga eventually became a vital part of her well-being, and she continually strives to live the teachings of yoga off the mat, as well. She completed her 200 hour training at Dana Hot Yoga. Her classes are challenging and fun, and can accommodate all levels of practictioners. Mark has been practicing yoga since 1991. Early on, he fell in love with the feeling of openness and focus that comes from a regular practice. Where the spirit leads, the body will follow, and he soon discovered that he could move in ways he never thought possible. That combination of mindfulness and movement drew him deeper into the practice, studying Ashtanga Yoga with such renowned teachers as David Swenson, Annie Pace and Jill Manning; Yin yoga with Paulie Zink; and Vinyasa Yoga with Cyndi Lee and Corina Benner. CrossFit Main Line

Finding CrossFit was a defining moment in Merrilee’s life. She always had an interest in health and exercise, but had struggled to find a true sense of fitness. “I credit CrossFit, in combination with eating Paleo, and it’s supportive community with helping me achieve the body image I have always wanted - while never feeling healthier or stronger”. Since then, educating others and helping them in their own quests for health has become her personal and professional goal. Along side CrossFit, Merrilee is also trained in Vinyasa Power Yoga and finds that yoga is the perfect compliment to a CrossFit athlete’s program by increasing focus, balance and flexibility. Robyn discovered yoga after having her first child. She was looking for a way to tone her body and calm her mind. She had no idea she was about to find a practice that would change her life from the inside out. No matter what arises on her yoga mat she always leaves with a newfound stillness and an attitude of gratitude for the transformational power yoga has on her life. Robyn’s first teachers encouraged her to take her life to the next level by attending one of Baron Baptiste’s bootcamps. She has now completed numerous trainings with Baron and is a 200hr certified Yoga Alliance teacher.
