Angel is a fitness trainer who leads bootcamps in Arlington and teaches cycle classes at Revolve where the room is packed and energy is high. She is also a fitness consultant providing workout plans and nutritional advice to the masses. Her goal is to encourage everyone to reach their potential. She is famous for her ability to know exactly what you need and when you've had enough. Her workouts are super intense but bundled with love and encouragement. Some say her name fits her perfectly. / Angel wants to inspire her community and prove that anyone can achieve anything. She is a runner and a competitive triathlete. She has competed at the Duathlon World Championships and at the Toyota U.S. Open Triathlon. Her passion for fitness is rooted in her college days as a rower at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and her career as an officer in the U.S. Army. Both played a role in inspiring her to be the best person she can be. Angel has a M.S. in Kinesiology and holds tons of fitness certifications. When she is not training clients, Angel is writing about fitness and nutrition on her blog, Fit & Hungry. Outside of fitness, Angel is passionate about traveling the world, making children smile, and creating a calorie-free cupcake.
