Raw Chocolate Meditation on March 8th at 8pm with Meditation, Yoga and Holistic Nutrition with Vincent Hu and Honi Borden. Certified Holistic Health Counselor and Kundalini Yoga Instructor Vincent Hu, who is the founder and director of DC Health Coach www.dchealthcoach.com, will lead the meditation. Honi Borden founder of holeco® life http://holecomedispa.com will be donating the chocolates, teaching the significance of slow eating, and sharing more information about her product line whose mission is to help improve the lives of families via donation to International Lifeline Fund in the countries of Uganda, Tanzania, Kenya & Sudan.
