A legacy Ambassador, Aaron is one of our favorite teachers in the valley. His classes are full of intelligent allignment and incredible music. His classes are now a staple at Wanderlust Colorado and a locals' special at his studio, King Yoga, which he founded in 2006. Aaron discovered yoga while working in the music industry for BMG in Los Angeles in 1998. During his 6 years in Phoenix, AZ, as co-founder of At One Yoga, Aaron studied various in-depth styles of yoga. Completing Teacher Training in 2000 and embracing a teaching path empowered him to develop his own unique style. Chris is a man who lights up the room when he walks in. A lover of the outdoors, incredible athlete and inspiring motivator Chris is the type of guy who plays hard and loves deeply while also helping others. We love his down to earth attitude and all around good vibes! In 2003 Chris used $3,000 out of his own pocket to start the Chris Klug Foundation. Chris was a professional snowboard racer when he was placed on the National Transplant Waiting List three years after being diagnosed with Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis (PSC), a rare degenerative bile duct condition. He is a certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine, a certified Wellness Coach through Well Coaches, a certified Life Coach through The Coaches Training Institute, and a licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Colorado. A native of Aspen, CO, Evan has been evolving her practice since 2002 and teaching since 2007. She is well known in the valley as a leader in healing yoga working privately with clients. Her classes combine a fusion of physicality and spirituality. She strives to teach safe alignment, deep asana, and an introspective breath while empowering her students to develop their own personal practice. Evan received her 200-RYT from CorePower Yoga and her 500-RYT with Gary Kraftsow at the American Viniyoga Institute. Lissa loves teaching group fitness so much she frequently wakes up in the middle of the night teaching imaginary classes in her sleep (it's the truth). She began teaching in 2003 while she was in graduate school and hasn’t stopped since; she currently sculpting bods at pure barre, pilates, ski conditioning and BodyPump in Aspen. Lissa’s definition of a great day begins with teaching, helping her students feel strong & good about themselves and being a healthy,positive part of someone’s day.
