Terri is the founder and owner of 305 Yoga & Outreach & the President of 305 Spiritual Gangsters a non-profit organization that utilizes yoga and its community to empower humanitarian initiatives.
Terri leads several classes a week and is an Off The Mat regional leader. Spiritual Gangsters is one of the first affiliated projects under the organization.
Her classes are known to be inspiring as they offer a modern day application of how to live your yoga. Terri recognizes that by exploring the way in which we unconsciously move and react on the mat we develop the insight to see where we do the same out in our real lives.
