Jason is a Fitness Philanthropist and master personal trainer at the Maryland Athletic Club (www.macwellness.com). He focuses on body awareness, alignment, weight loss, and moving more freely. He sets goals for his clients to be able to do things now as well as in 10-20 years from now without pain. Longevity is the key to his training.
He teaches mat Pilates, reformer, spin and INSANITY classes. Jason believes in challenging the body through different modalities to keep the body guessing and rejuvenating.
Jason also focuses on nutrition as the biggest component of being healthy. Similar to his approach to exercising, he believes in eating a variety of nutrient dense foods for optimal change.
