Lindsay began yoga as means to enhance her flexibility and focus in athletics, and now continues yoga as a way of living and as a vehicle to empower the world. Students appreciate Linsday’s balance of power and grace, that focuses on the breath and stillness from within. She is known to teach an energetic and challenging class that brings awareness to the way you move on your mat.
Lindsay, certified in 500 hour yoga teacher training with Sid Yoga, teaches workshops and classes at Sid Yoga Center. She is the Director of Studio Operations and Director of Teacher Development for the Sid Yoga, co-facilitating teacher trainings with Sid McNairy in Maryland and internationally. She shares her gifts of physical adjustment techniques by leading The Art of Assisting trainings at other yoga studios across the US. Her various workshops creatively teach to the many facets of yoga, body mind and spirit.
With her Masters in Clinical and Counseling Psychology, and strong athletic background as a Division 1 collegiate lacrosse athlete, Lindsay unifies the wisdom of physical and internal workings to inspire others to live authentically and free. One breath at a time.
