I teach yoga for the rebels, the rogues and the villains, the weak, the broken, the damaged, the lost, the hopeless, the underdog, the ones who only know struggle, the motherless, the addicts, and those who love too much. I embody yoga as a lifestyle and have, for the past ten years, engaged in a vigorous and disciplined daily practice. In the classroom, I embrace humor, creativity and an unending curiosity, and I invite it all onto the mat. I teach yoga flow that is guided by our breath and informed by alignment cues rooted in Ashtanga, kinesiology and functional fitness. I support my students with hands on adjustments inviting appreciation... Read the profile >>
