With her roots deep in the Philippines and experiencing the world at a young age, Deb saw how music and the movement of your body can bring so much happiness. It is that energy and just the sheer joy of dancing that she brings to her classes. Her dance background of over 10 years spans from Hip Hop with Culture Shock, Latin, Contemporary, to Traditional Philippine Dances with Black Orchid. She has taught Traditional Filipino Dances and Hip Hop Workshops throughout the East Coast. Her love of dance and fitness is what brought her to where is she today. She knows first hand how a studio can impact a person in bringing that balance of a healthy well-being. Jennifer Collins Jennifer began practicing Bikram yoga in Florida in 2000 as a way to build flexibility while training for a marathon. She loved the intense workout – the heat, and the physical and mental challenge of the practice. After returning to the Bay Area, she began practicing Vinyasa flow yoga and began to recognize that yoga offers so much more than just a workout. She began to notice dramatic shifts in her perspective on life - recognizing that instead of struggling and striving for perfection, she could relax into what was here and now and find joy and love in each moment. "Being an athlete all my life, I found yoga as a counterbalance to my active lifestyle and love for adventure. I started doing yoga to calm my mind and breathe after being diagnosed with a heart disease at 17. Seeing how much yoga saved my life, I wanted to share those benefits with others." Lacey had been practicing yoga for over 4 years, yet when she discovered CorePower Yoga she fell in love. Joining the yoga community, it became a place she can calm her body and mind but still challenge her athletic spirit. Lache' Bailey

Laché Began running Cross-Country and Track & Field at El Cerrito High. Her Collegiate running career began at San Francisco State University, Where she won the CCAA Conference Championship and placed 3rd at the NCAA Div. II national championships in the 800m. In 2000, Laché transferred to University of California, Berkeley on a full athletic-scholarship where she studied African-American Studies, and finished her collegiate running experience with honors including two-time NCAA All-American in the 800m. Shane has been teaching fitness for 20 years but has been bouncing around her entire life! Her fitness evolution started at a young age with dance and gymnastics followed by horseback riding and softball. She returned to dance at the age of 17 and danced her way through college studying ballet, pilates, jazz, modern and hip hop and danced with the Briggs Contemporary Dance Company. She was honored when selected to train at the Alvin Ailey Dance Center in NYC and expanded her dance knowledge studying Dunham and Horton techniques.
