Elizabeth Offen-Brown
Dailey Method
An instructor for The Dailey Method, Liz Offen-Brown received her extensive training and experience teaching a similar technique in New York City since early 2006. She immediately fell in love with this intensive workout that strengthens and sculpts the body by working all major muscle groups to their fullest potential, followed by targeted stretches to develop long, lean, and supple muscles. Liz has brought her fast-paced and challenging teaching style into her instruction at The Dailey Method here in the Bay Area, allowing her to combine her love of dance, exercise, and teaching.
Born and raised in Albany, CA, Liz is a former competitive gymnast and professional modern dancer. Her dance training started at Shawl-Anderson Dance Center in Oakland, and she went on to dance with the Savage Jazz Dance Company in Oakland, and has performed in the United States and Europe with the Martha Graham Ensemble and the Martha Graham Dance Company. Liz holds a B.S. in Engineering Physics from U.C. Berkeley (graduated 2004), and is currently a law student at U.C. Berkeley School of Law.
