Adam Pearlstein

Bikram Yoga Bethesda

Yoga Director at Bikram Yoga Bethesda Adam has been athletic since his childhood, playing baseball, soccer, and football. In his junior year of high school he began to run for fun and can now be spotted on the Crescent Trail with the lululemon athletica Bethesda Run Club. While in college he experienced both sides of the spectrum from very healthy to very unhealthy and it was in the least healthy phase that he found yoga, Bikram yoga specifically. His girlfriend at the time introduced him to it, sure that he would like it despite his certainty that he would not. She was right. He liked it so much that he began practicing almost every day and went to Bikram yoga teacher training 6 months later in the summer of 2004 in Los Angles.
