Nina teaches a fluid and challenging vinyasa flow class. She views yoga as a path to open the heart and come home to that part of ourselves that we so often lose touch with in our busy lives. In Vinyasa yoga, poses are linked together with the breath to create dynamic sequences that encourage strength and flexibility in body, mind, and spirit. Nina enjoys teaching to all levels of practitioners; she believes that yoga is for anyone who is willing to step onto the path, no matter what experience or fitness level. She is certified at the 200 hr level and continues to learn everyday from both her teachers and her students.
In Nina’s Class: you can expect to move, breathe, sweat, and flow in fun and inspiring sequences. Nina teaches a challenging asana practice, but always reminds students to listen to their bodies first. Be prepared to be guided around your mat. Her classes often include deep twists, arm balances, backbends, and inversions.
