Angie hails from the coastal town of Savannah, Georgia, refreshingly
bringing her southern charm and genuine love and enthusiasm for fitness and
yoga - right into the heart of Southern California. With over 20 years of
teaching experience in the fitness industry, Angie effectively combines her
experience as an "eye of the tiger" competitive athlete and as a "peaceful
warrior" yogini into her popular style of teaching. Having a master's degree
and every gold standard certification for training, Angie is known for
"seamlessly weaving elements of athleticism, discipline, strength,
flexibility, and grace" into each challenging yoga class and fitness
session.

She currently trains clients daily in and around the surrounding Los Angeles
area specializing in strength and core training, Runner's Yoga 90210, pre
and postnatal fitness, one on one and group yoga, kid's fitness, and
athletic conditioning. Angie is featured in the March 2010 issue of Runner's World, on Exercise TV, has released DVD "10 Minute Solutions-Yoga For Beginners" and is working on a new DVD for runners/athletes. Angie is not only selected by lululemon athletica as an Alumni Ambassador for the Beverly Hills Community but also represents Luna, Vitamin Water, Whole Nutrition Bar for Women as well as FUZE drink.
Angie's most touted creation, Runner's Yoga 90210, a power based yoga class
specifically designed to improve the runner's mind and body was voted by
LA.COM as one of The Top Ten Things to Do in LA, was featured in Runner's
World Magazine, 944 Magazine, Beverly Hills Magazine, OK! Magazine and on
NBC's LXTV.
And Every Monday night at 6:15 p.m. you'll be able to experience the physical and mental benefits of Angie's Runner's Yoga 90210 at lululemon Beverly Hills' complimentary Run Club.
What is most important to Angie is her family, friends and her belief in
sharing the gifts she has been given - "brightening paths, lightening loads
and lifting hearts through fitness." Angie has volunteered over 500 hours
throughout the world, bringing yoga and fitness to Roatan, Honduras, the
Phoenix Fire Department, Venice, California's Coeur d'Alene Elementary
school, the El Hogar Orphanage in Tijuana, Mexico and the Downtown Women's
Center in Los Angeles.
