Brogan Graham

Brogan was raised free range in Madison, Wisconsin. Though he loves Madison and will always be proud of the Midwest, Boston is his home. Some of his proudest accomplishments are, in no particular order, racing for the Men's Rowing team at Northeastern University serving as a Captain, coaching the Huskies in the following years under John Pojednic, qualifying and racing in the 115th Boston Marathon, winning The North Face Endurance Challenge 2012, learning crow pose, co-creating the November Project grassroots workout tribe on November 2011. Outside of the November Project, Brogan stays in motion by riding bicycles, running without music, staying close to the CrossFit community, and practicing yoga as a supplemental workout for injury prevention. He is inspired daily by Daniel Walsh, USA Olympic Medalist, Dan Graham, Ultra Marathon Runner & Swim Coach, and Gabe Karter, Hip Hop MC & Producer. The best part of his week happens at November Project when as a group they "take a moment to introduce ourselves to someone we don't know;" you can actually hear the growth of the community during these times and it's loud.
