Dan Steel

Dan Steel has completed both the 200-hour Foundational and Advanced Forrest Yoga trainings with Ana Forrest, as well as a 200-hour vinyasa training through Back Bay Yoga in Boston. He has also studied Budokon Yoga with the creator, Cameron Shayne. His classes offer a combination of challenge, grace, flexibility and strengthening with an emphasis on core connection and cultivation. He hopes for his classes to be a platform for exploration, awareness, and growth.
