Peter Crowley

Peter’s teachings focus on the core as the body’s central powerhouse. Guided by the breath and using yoga asana to strengthen the body, his instruction cultivates strength, inner heat and a high quality of overall health. His classes are safe and encourage exploration, emphasizing staying open to new yoga poses and consequently new life experience.

Peter is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher and a member of Ana Forrest’s Hoop of the Teachers.He currently teaches at Back Bay Yoga and Equinox in the Back Bay.
