Andie Bernard, M.Ed., CPT, has combined a lifetime of fitness with a passion for helping others in her work with athletes of all skills; from casual exercisers to professional dancers, from NCAA collegiate and professional athletes and youth and adult multi-sport athletes. She is the spokesperson and choreographer for the New 8 Minute Pilates and Abs Core Series fitness DVDs.
Andie boasts certifications through the United States Triathlon Association (USAT) as a Level I certified coach and the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a certified personal trainer and strength coach (CSCS). She is also the team founder and head coach of the Boulder Tri Babes, a women's triathlon training group and racing team serving Boulder and Denver. An athlete herself, Andie practices what she preaches. After competing in collegiate athletics as a track and field hepthathlete and cross-country runner, she moved on to road and Xterra triathlons nationwide, tackling sprint to Half-Ironman distances. One of her new goals this season is to compete as a track cyclist. She enjoys working with all levels of athletes and helping them reach their full potential. Coaching is her dream job and loves sharing her passion for training and competition with others.
