Om Time, The Yoga Pod
In 2008, inspired by his teachers and driven by a deep recognition of the transformational power of yoga, he passionately began his daily practice. Since then, his life has blossomed in a myriad of positive ways. In more recent times he realized that sharing the benefits of yoga with others was his calling. Having completed his first 200 hour teacher training in 2010, he dedicated himself to continually deepening his own practice as a student so that he might serve more effectively as an instructor. "I love all styles of asana! My wish is to inspire the expression of the highest self through the union of breath, movement, intention, and body awareness. Ultimately, it's about taking time out of each day to foster gratitude, presence, and radical self-acceptance on the mat, and then to take those qualities off the mat and into the world where they can bring healing and happiness in all areas of life."
