Faisal has been an avid runner since the age of fourteen. He initially came across the sport by competing in cross country and track in high school and college. For the past ten years he has had multiple roles in the specialty running business from coach to store manager. During his time spent in the running world it was always about helping people and making sure their exposure to running was a positive experience. He has always had a passion for working with all walks of life and the running store has given him that opportunity to share his knowledge with a diverse range of people.
Faisal is currently part of the team at A Runner's Mind running shop in Burlingame, CA.where he continues to serve the people with their running needs. He has returned to the Bay Area after 10 years in southern California to attend San Francisco State University and obtain his biochemistry degree. He is strong believer in constant self improvement and what better place to do that than right here in the Peninsula with some of greatest people around!
