Jessica's passion for health and fitness began at an early age, when she was a member of the internationally renowned synchronized figure skating team, the Haydenettes, of Lexington, Massachusetts. As a member of the elite 20-time U.S. National Champion and 11-time ISU World Championship team, Jessica trained as a world class athlete, utilizing weights, ballet, Pilates, and cycling to strengthen and condition her body. While a student at Tufts University, Jessica realized that she desired to share her years of performance training with her fellow students. It was with this realization that she began to build her fitness brand, obtaining numerous fitness certifications (including the full classical Pilates repertoire) while actively pursuing her law degree (and later, tax law degree) from Suffolk University and Boston University, respectively. Over the next eight years, what initially began as a weekly Pilates class in the Chi Omega sorority house living room evolved into a "side gig" of teaching 20 Pilates, strength, and cycling classes each week at Boston's most exclusive fitness clubs and studios, and privately training many well-known Boston athletes and celebrities...all while practicing her day job as a corporate tax lawyer. During a visit to Colorado in 2009, Jessica tried her first Pure Barre class and was immediately hooked, realizing she had found something which successfully merged her love of strength, athleticism, and the Pilates mind/body connection, all while delivering unparalleled physical results in record time. She can't wait to share her passion for the Pure Barre Technique with suburban Boston!
