What is your favorite way to sweat? Sweating is such a great way to cleanse the body and mind. I am a true lover of the hot yoga practice. At the end of good 90 minute hot yoga practice where the sweat is dripping off me is my idea of an awesome way to sweat out the toxins of the body and mind. What is a goal that you are currently working on completing? I am currently working on my 300hr Vinyasa training. I have completed 2 modules of the training. YYoga - Highgate

Sashas' yoga practice deepened after a volunteer mission to India to research the HIV/AIDS epidemic in 2006. She found yogic philosophy was alive everywhere she looked on the sub-continent, and used yoga as a path to healing when she returned home. She is now certified at the 200 hr. level, with additional trainings in Kundalini, YHot and Vinyasa. Through teaching yoga, she hopes to share the profound sense of joy and all-knowingness available to any body through these yogic tools. A lover of music, she incorporates mantra and sound-current to every class, and hopes each student leaves her classes with a happy body, mind and spirit! Read the profile >>
