What is your favorite way to sweat?
Sweating is such a great way to cleanse the body and mind. I am a true lover of the hot yoga practice. At the end of good 90 minute hot yoga practice where the sweat is dripping off me is my idea of an awesome way to sweat out the toxins of the body and mind.

What is a goal that you are currently working on completing?
I am currently working on my 300hr Vinyasa training. I have completed 2 modules of the training. Also my goal this year is to do 10 day Vipasana, which is 10 days of meditation.

What are you passionate about? In yoga your passion is your dharma. What you are meant to do in this life time. I would say my dharma is to teach, to serve and to support the loved ones around me. Every day I wake up eager to learn and to grow.

If you could travel anywhere or do anything, what would you do and why?
I would love to travel to Morroco and hold a yoga/nutrition retreat. 3 things I love are culture, yoga and nutrition.
