During this time he has had the opportunity to train, coach and work with over 3 and a half thousand people. Dave has managed gyms since the age of 18 and his commitment to the industry lead him to establish his own business, Functional Fitness Australia, back in February 2011. Diana Haddow

Di's movement influences started with years of Pilates, which she then combined with Power Yoga. She has travelled with the Africa Yoga Project, studied under Baron Baptiste internationally, spent time in an Indian ashram and most recently taught in Thailand. A rare experioence teaching yoga to a traditional Indian guru deepened Di's understanding of the yogis life. Back home in Canberra, Di loves the stability of her yoga community and feels that with the support form such a strong base, she can take on the world... and does! Ramone Bisset

Ramone has been practising yoga for more than 11 years and now teaches Vinyasa and Yin Yoga in Canberra. As a yoga teacher, Ramone brings with her a wealth of knowledge of the body's movement patterns from years spent teaching outdoor education and participating in adventure sports. Combining this with her understanding of the body's energetics from her work as a Thai Yoga massage therapist and Reiki practitioner makes Ramone exceptionally aware of, and in-tune with, the human body. Roz's journey into yoga began more than 10 years ago with a search to overcome injuries suffered from numerous high-speed velodrome crashes. After establishing a foundation in various yoga styles, she found a personal niche in Power Vinyasa. As a specialist sports physiotherapist, she knows the true importance of balancing demands on the body with its temporal needs and abilities, whilst fully embracing the psychosocial, philosophical and spiritual dimensions.
