Di's movement influences started with years of Pilates, which she then combined with Power Yoga. She has travelled with the Africa Yoga Project, studied under Baron Baptiste internationally, spent time in an Indian ashram and most recently taught in Thailand. A rare experioence teaching yoga to a traditional Indian guru deepened Di's understanding of the yogis life. Back home in Canberra, Di loves the stability of her yoga community and feels that with the support form such a strong base, she can take on the world... and does!
