'My yoga journey was born out of a time in my life that was very intense. I had a relationship breakdown, a stressful high pressure job, and anxiety. While my background as a personal trainer was helping me stay focused and fit, I felt it wasn’t connecting me to what I really needed, I was looking for something bigger.
I had never experienced Power Yoga prior to the Power Living course, and it’s physical nature not only demanded every bit of stamina I had – it taught me to be kind to myself. This opened me up to a new way of being – strong and committed, but open and kind. Since those early days of experiencing yoga I have grown to be even more in love with our style and yoga every day, and the way it makes me think big, live life large, and inspire others to do the same!'
