Corepower Encinitas, Bindu Yoga, Sol Yoga
Caitlin Tralka shares her enthusiasm for yoga with her students through inspirational words and her nurturing touch. Inspired by the positive change that occurred in her life, she took her beliefs and passion to another level through sharing her knowledge with others as an instructor, recognizing her “knowledge is power”. She captures the importance of providing her students with a safe environment to practice moving meditation and feel calmness within, equanimity.
Caitlin was first introduced to Vinyasa in her hometown on the Jersey Shore. Her curiosity hit a high when she moved to San Diego in 2002. Caitlin quickly discovered her passion and completed her certification at CorePower Yoga in 2005. She continues to educate herself through workshops, trainings and programs, both as a coach and as student. Her intention is to carry on this path of calmness within. Her free spirit and tender heart is vibrant and apparent both on and off her mat. Her high energy is contagious. Caitlin’s teaching is continually evolving and manifesting with each turn she takes.
Caitlin is an innovative teacher as well as a facilitator of transformational workshops. She has been an asset to the vinyasa yoga community since her late teen years. She continues to embrace the satisfaction of being a beginner in life both on and off of her mat! Spontaneous and adventurous, calm and grounded, Caitlin explores and absorbs the mind, body, breath and movement connection as an awakening tool for seeing life through a magnifying glass; taking notice of all the simple abundances around her while leaving judgement aside.
She challenges and intrigues her students with her healing hands and advanced sequencing in guided moving meditation to experience the unknown gracefully and humbly.
Her bold and intuitive collaboration of discipline and play exceeds far beyond the mat with tremendous travel and exploration of human interaction, intrigued by the human-bond.
She welcomes all to join in the journey!
