Annie Range Barclay

Om On the Range

Annie took her first yoga class in 2000 with her sister Beth. Following that class, she had the best night's sleep ever! She is an Associate Baptiste Vinyasa Teacher and has completed Baron's Level I and II Teacher Trainings. Annie is an Illlini grad and studied Elementary Education. Annie loves how each and every time she gets onto her mat to practice, she can clear the clutter of her mind and start new. She loves sharing this clearing, one breath at a time, with her students. Outside of the yoga studio, Annie enjoys life with her 3 teenage kids and her husband Buck. She also loves to make ceramics, biking and walking the family dog Sadie. Geri Bleier Geri Bleier is a Certified Anusara® Yoga instructor. She has been an avid student of yoga since 1994, and has studied Anusara® Yoga since its conception in 1997. Geri studies closely with John Friend, Mitchel Bleier, and Sianna Sherman, as well as, Jamie Allison, Richard Freeman, and Pattabhi Jois. For two years, Geri traveled the country assisting Mitchel and Sianna in their workshops and trainings. Geri's passion for yoga shows through her practice and her personality. Kim Schiefelbein

Bubbles Academy

Kim has been with Bubbles Academy since 2005 and has enjoyed every moment! She has a bachelor of music in voice performance from Miami University and is the music coordinator at Bubbles Academy, where she helps create curriculum and train teachers. Kim has also taught Chicago-area fitness programs since 1992 and leads the Bubble Stroller Fitness class. Kim has been certified by the American Council on Exercise and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and is thrilled to have been recently chosen as a lululemon athletica fitness ambassador. She also stays busy as Bubbles Academy’s speaker series coordinator, the organizer of the Triple B Moms Group and the Navigating the School Search classes, and a mom to her beautiful daughter, Laken. After an accomplished career as a dancer, teacher and choreographer, Nick Pupillo decided that his main priority would be to nurture young talent by developing Visceral Studio Company. In 2007, he founded Visceral Dance Center to provide the Chicago community with a new venue for artistic and technical growth. In 2013, Pupillo takes on the role as Artistic Director of Visceral Dance Chicago. This new contemporary company will be dedicated to provide a comprehensive environment designed to cultivate dance education, creation and performance for choreographers, dancers and audiences. Opened by Tami and Brett Conway in Bucktown last June, the Dailey Method is a more approachable version of many dance-based toning classes on the fitness market right now. What sets the Dailey Method apart is the attention to levels (allowing people of all fitness abilities to take the same class) and the warm, neighborhood feel. Tami, a former professional dancer and veteran fitness instructor, meets participants at the door with a smile, and the sweetest woman you ever saw runs a children’s room for the studio so that moms can have a free hour to work out.
