David is quite possibly the fastest man in Chicago. A veteran of over 30 marathons and ultra marathons, David has logged over a thousand race miles--and counting. Not bad for someone who completed his first ultra after just a few weeks of training. Erin is a trainer at one of Chicago's most dynamic studios, the South Loop's Monkey Bar Gym. Erin can kick your butt before you even realize she's in the room with you, but she doesn't rub it in. Jennifer started practicing yoga in 2001, searching for a mind body connection. It was through this exploration that inspired her to rethink and refocus her life. In 2005 she quit a career in finance in order to pursue and dedicate herself to her practice and to teach others. Her intention in teaching is to empower and to motivate students to their greatest potential not only on the mat, but more importantly, to take what they learn about themselves in yoga and incorporate it into their daily lives. She has studied and completed teacher training with Paul Dallaghan in Thailand. She lived in India for 5 months to study with her guru Sri K Pattabhi Jois and has also completed teacher trainings with Tim Miller, Andry Lappa and studied anatomy with Tias Little.
