Yoga Now/Equinox/FFC
Jennifer started practicing yoga in 2001, searching for a mind body connection. It was through this exploration that inspired her to rethink and refocus her life. In 2005 she quit a career in finance in order to pursue and dedicate herself to her practice and to teach others. Her intention in teaching is to empower and to motivate students to their greatest potential not only on the mat, but more importantly, to take what they learn about themselves in yoga and incorporate it into their daily lives. She has studied and completed teacher training with Paul Dallaghan in Thailand. She lived in India for 5 months to study with her guru Sri K Pattabhi Jois and has also completed teacher trainings with Tim Miller, Andry Lappa and studied anatomy with Tias Little. Jennifer teaches classic Ashtanga and more contemporary Vinyasa Flow classes. She is also assisting Amy Beth Treciokas with Teacher Training at Yoga Now Studio in Chicago. Jennifer is an E-RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance.
