Robin French

Robin’s been an athlete all her life and started practicing yoga as way to stay in shape. She quickly realized it offered more than toned muscles and increased ?exibly... it changed her life. She ?nally felt freedom from her anxious mind, understood the importance of being present and began to realized her true potential. She went to her ?rst training with Baron Baptiste in 2009 and discovered teaching yoga was her passion. She left inspired and felt compelled to share the gift of yoga with others.

Robin began teaching in 2009 and ?nished her 200 hour teacher training with Baron Baptiste in 2010. Robin's most recent teacher training was Live Love Teach in 2012 led by Deborah Williamson, Philip Urso, Stacy Dockins. Another teacher who has impacted her teaching and life is Adrienne Hengles. Robin's taught around the Chicagoland area since 2009 at some wonderful studios. She quit her corporate marketing job in 2011 to pursue her dream of opening her own studio. She opened Bare Feet Power Yoga in June 2012 in the West Loop. Robin continues to stay active and believes yoga is a great compliment to her other activities. In college, she was captain of the University of Iowa swim team, she ran the 2010 Boston Marathon and loves to do triathlons and running races throughout the year.
