Gina’s teaching is inspired by a lifelong anti-establishment perspective, punk rock, the Buddha and a hope that she can help others navigate the delusions and fear that fuel today’s culture. Although she teaches yoga and meditation to all levels, she is best known for her powerful vinyasa classes.
