Everything here looks so delish! The raw blizzard looks like a fantastic alternative to the frozen yogurt my boyfriend likes to grab after a run. Such a great way to stay healthy!

Pineapple and banana – great combination! Must try these soon. I’m a huge smoothie fan, especially of Well+GoodNYC’s 7 sensational smoothies (get the recipes when you subscribe). Their blues-buster smoothie always puts me in a good mood. It sounds weird but swiss chard, avocado, and blueberries make the perfect mix. :)

I’m OBSESSED with smoothies! My favorite trick is to cut up chunks of bananas and freeze them so I don’t have to use ice- no watering down the flavor!
