I LOVE my Yogitoes. I swear by this product, not only because it acts as a towel to catch the sweat from a Yoga class, but also prevents me from slipping all over the place while in Downward Dog, or simply flowing from one pose to the next. Even though I don't always do a Hot Yoga class, my Yogitoes is great for Hatha Yoga too.

I agree with tiffany. Good investment if you find yourself painted in sweat during practice. But if I start with it dry I find the grip is clumsy, especially with the feet. Once moist, the grip is fantastic.

great post kristina!

i have found that at the beginning of my yoga practice when i'm not sweaty yet, my yogitoes works best when i take my waterbottle and wet it where my hands will go in downward dog.

this just helps it get super grippy right off the bat!
