If you’d like a specific size bag with your online order you can reach out to us at the GEC (1.877.263.9300) so we can note your request with our warehouse. If you’re at a local store and you’d like to receive a specific size, you can voice this to the Educator working on your transaction. At our local stores, we’ll use the size bag which fits the garment best.

Hi, I was wondering if how you can get a small shopper if even you buy a pair of pants? I know that you get a big shopper if you buy a sweater.

@sunnyd, yep, you’ll get the red bag when you order online…the size of the bag usually depends on the size of the item(s). For example, I ordered just a vinyasa scarf and it came with a large bag even though the small one would’ve worked and another time I ordered 4 items including pants and got a small bag!

If you place an order through our website, it will come with one of our reusable red shoppers, provided that the warehouse has them available. The size of your order will determine if you receive a small or large shopper as well.

For our new checkout process we have been including shoppers with all orders but I’m sorry to hear you have not been receiving them. We’d be more than happy to send you shoppers for your orders. I’m new to buying Lululemon for myself and have done some serious damage to the bank account in the last couple of weeks lol! My first purchase, sizeable, was in-store and they were out of the large reusable shoppers so I went home carrying 2 or 3 small shoppers with my stuff nearly falling out. But it was nice to get a new bag with a new design. I have since made 4 online purchases and NONE came with a bag! It’s like getting a little surprise when you open up the package, so it was a real disappointment not to see a bag inside either of two packages that arrived the same day. And these orders included Scuba’s, pants, etc so I was looking forward to maybe finally getting a large shopper! I figured, maybe it was an oversight by whoever fulfilled my orders that day in the warehouse. Well, another package came the following day- again, no shopper. REALLY?! Then I received another package 3 days later and NOPE! Most of what I bought worked out but there were a few things I needed to return. No store bag to bring the stuff back in (which I exchanged for MORE stuff that I needed/wanted). I wasn’t going to carry around 3 small totes with my returns/exchanges so I used another store’s bag to haul back to the mall. While checking out, I mentioned that I didn’t receive any bags with my online orders and the woman asked if I had clicked “Bag Me”, I said “No” and she said that’s why. One, I didn’t see that option while placing any of my orders- the only “option” box I saw to check or uncheck was for receiving emails. I paid with my card, didn’t use PayPal. Curious to see if I missed something, once I got home, I tried a “dummy” checkout (but I didn’t go all the way through since I wasn’t actually buying anything this time, just wanted to see if I had missed a “bag me” option. As far as I can tell, I don’t see what the sales woman said I missed! And in the checkout process it says clear as day that a reusable shopper comes with EVERY purchase! Help me out, what am I missing…beside the awesome reusable shoppers I never got! Thanks!

Hey Rebecca,
If your shopper needs a bit of a clean, you can just wipe it down with a damp cloth. The fabric is actually waterproof, so anything on there should come off easily enough. You could also wash it in the sink with a few drops of dish soap if it needs a deeper clean.

I use my bag for my lunches and it’s pretty dirty I was wondering if there’s anyway you can wash them?

Yes our shoppers are recyclable. They are graded as a number 5 plastic. On the lip on the inside of the bag, it should show the recycling symbol with it.

I was wondering if you can recycle the lululemon bags in the plastic container recyclings bins, the same bins where you recycle plastic and glass containers? I’ve already reused my lululemon bags a million times and they are getting old. Thanks
