I’m a yoga teacher myself, have lived a year in Bellingham, visited Vancouver, travelled thru Canada & love your bit about being inspired by your granmother – I cud just imagine her energy & wonder if it has to do with her native ‘arctic’ environment. (Know of another such Grandma and she happened to live in Canada, too.) Am inspired esp. by your handstand pic’s; am working myself up to handstands & I think I’ll get there soon!!!
