Hey Cyndi,
Do you have a studio in your area that offers anti-gravity yoga? I’d actually recommend chatting with them about their set up. They may be able to direct you where they got their’s from too. I am sure it’s possible to install one, though I haven’t heard of it myself.

This sounds fantastic…and in fact I’ve just signed up for a class of this in Nashville, my home town..They are the only studio in town who is offering this class & am lookin forward to it.

Antigravity yoga is a relatively new practice. I think you’ll start to see it pop up in more and more studios as time goes on. I don’t have a list of studios offering this right now, but, if you’re near a lululemon store, I’d pop in and see if the educators have any tips on where to go: http://www.lululemon.com/stores/

That is one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever seen. The video itself is lovely and so serene, but I am intrigued by the practice. I’ve never heard of it before! I think I’m now determined to find somewhere that practices anti-gravity yoga! Do you think you will ever release a list of studios in Canada?
