THANK YOU for the link to improving your crow pose. I’ve been having trouble really getting into it without wall assistance. It’s one of my goals for 2011, once I rock this Disney half marathon this weekend!!! Much lulu love to you all!

I have gotten into hot yoga recently but after my morning classes im finding I need a bit of a energy boost. Can you recommend what are good energy or protein bars to eat? Or any other foods?

Comment by Miss_Slovak — June 25, 2011 @ 7:57 am

Hi Miss Slovak,
After a morning class, I like to eat some toast with peanut butter and banana. The peanut butter gives me that protein boost to get me through the morning, and the toast and banana keep me full.

Thanks for reaching out, Anju. All of our content is done in house and comes from our staff, our stores and our ambassadors. At the moment, we don’t have a program in place for guest writers from outside of the compnay, though I will definitely pass this along so it could be taken into consideration for future.
