We love the grace of yoga; the fluidity as one pose morphs into another. When Vancouver yogi Tedi Martin introduced us to Antigravity yoga, we nestled into the safety of our duvet-cocoons and the beauty of yoga fused with man’s primordial desire to fly (you’re only a couple of feet off the ground but you still feel like an acrobat).

Sometimes I feel like Deanne has the energy to do more in a day than I do into a week. When she’s not running, doing yoga, spending time with her kids and VPing our brand, we harness her energy to power the office and two-thirds of the downtown core.
