I think it&#039;s important to read a variety of perspectives so that A. we&#039;re informed yogis and B. we have a better understanding of what drives our own individual practices. In terms of what kind of practice I like I would have to say both. I am a dedicated Bikram&#039;er- love the discipline and &#039;seriousness&#039;. I do enjoy my SMY yoga classes as well- nice to offset a stricter/controlled practice with a class that is light and fun. I find the mental/physical benefits and challenges of different practices provide great variety- definitely get the best of both worlds!</description>
