What’s the deal with Saskatchewan?

Free Shipping does Lulu clients no good if the website is sold out of what I need to order, which is the case most of the time. If another store 500 miles away from me had the item in stock, I USED to be able to have my local store do a send sale transaction and I can get my item shipped directly to me. I would pay $9-$11 for the shipping and get the item in a few days. A win-win situation for everyone. BUT, Lululemon decided to no longer allow store to send items directly to the client. When I asked why I received the most ridiculous answer that I’m sure will upset Lululemon shareholders. The answer I received from Lululemon Customer Service was that Lululemon stopped allowing local stores to locate the item from other stores and have it sent directly to their clients because each store would rather save the merchandise for their local community. Really? You would rather NOT sell it to someone (another Lululemon customer) who is willing and ready to buy it right then in there to wait and let it collect dust until a “local” customer may come waltzing in a buy it? STUPID.

Hey Angela,
Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I’m sorry to hear you are disappointed with this. There were several factors that contributed to this decision and one of of the reasons was that it was taking away from the experience in the local community, with having less product and educators being taken away from the floor. One of the other reasons is that our stores are not properly set up for these kinds of transactions, both from a payment and shipping perspective.

I appreciate you taking the time to share all of your feedback with us and will be forwarding it onto the right department for consideration.

Thanks again,
~Jenna
