Hello, I got my pants hemmed by lululemon and I already have it at home. However, I find it too short for my liking. What can I do at this point? Can I still go back to the store and get refitted and get something longer?

Our local hemming hubs are able to provide straight hems which means that if you wanted to literally cut length off the bottom of your pants you can head into your local store to see if this is something they can accommodate for you.

Hi, I was given some Astro pants as a birthday gift that turned out to be a little short (the regular length). I cannot return them because the return window has expired, so I have been wearing them but the length is an issue. Is there any way the hemming service can take them out at all, even just a tiny bit? Thanks.

Hey Ardi,

Since the tear isn’t on a seam, it will be difficult to repair so that the hole is virtually invisible. The best thing to do is to bring the pants to your local store and they can discuss some options with you.

Hi, unfortunately the lululemon astro pants i have purchased recently, have a small tear on the right knee. I would like to know the best way to repair this tear so that is virtually invisible and i can wear them again without noticing that they are ripped. Please tell me if your store offers this service. thank you!

Our designers have been known to mix up the location of our logo. If it’s not on the left leg, it should be on the back of the waistband. We’re these purchased at one of our stores or strategic sales partners? If you still have questions or concerns, you can bring them into your local store and they can help you out.

I believe the elastic is just a continuous cord, so you should be able to if that is something you really want to. I would double check that it isn’t partially sewn though.

Hey Sophie,
This service is for basic hemming when the item is a little longer than needed. We don’t offer anything where the intended design of the product will be changed, so won’t hem pants into shorts. You could always take the item to a local seamstress if you do really want to alter them.

If a hole occurs within the fabric, this is not something we will be able to repair as it does effect the integrity of the fabric. You are more than welcome to take it into your local store so they can take a closer look and provide you with their recommendations.

Our hemming service is just for basic hems to remove that little bit of extra length. Altering the style is not something we offer. You can always see if a local seamstress could alter the style if you needed.

Hi, I need to buy a pair of the wunder under pants for some of my dance performances but I am also losing weight right now. Is the only alterations you guys do hemming or do you do other alterations as well? It’s just the fact of spending the money on them and then them possibly being to big for me down the road which would be sad! Thanks!
