It can certainly be a little tricky:

1. Open the post on your phone and click the “iphone” tab.
2. Hold your finger down on the picture for a few seconds and it will ask you if you want to “save image”. (Be patient here, I struggle with this everytime!)
3. Go into your settings the way you’d always change your wallpaper and the image will be in your photos!
