Just wondered if anyone knows whether a person with breathing problems can do bikram yoga. I heard it was good for breathing problems but it also is done in a 40 degree C room. I have problems in a a sauna as I am an Alpha 1 Anti-trypstin sufferer with compromised lungs.

I recommend chatting with your health care physician on this matter as it’s important to consider your health and well-being first. It would also be useful to chat with your local studio to get all the facts from them and hear their recommendations out.
