Last year I was laid off from my job and spent the summer SAYING I would get fit, go to the gym, etc. Well, guess what? A job came along in November and I was still sitting on my butt thinking about all the good things I could have been doing with the time I had off…
Well, I just got laid off AGAIN…(little advice…if the interviewer says the job is for a new position…just get up and RUN!!!) I have been to the gym faithfully for 60-90 min each session. It’s easier to get to your goal when you have time to focus on you…no excuses for me anymore!

Today I am going to the gym. It’s rainy. And cold. And gross. BUT I was just traveling for 3 days and missed out on my regularly scheduled (yes SCHEDULED) workouts.

As such I’m grabbing the proverbial bull by the horns (um…my own?) and forcing myself to the gym after I get some groceries because god knows this girl needs to eat before any weights are getting lifted anytime soon. ;)

Let us know how your trip through the Hatha fields go! I myself enjoy the Ashtanga meadows…little Moshka beaches. <—overkill on the analogies. I'll stop now.

Mmmm maybe just one more…no? Ok I'm done. :)
