If Christine wasn't our CEO, there's a small chance that she'd be carrying on in the footsteps of Jacques Cousteau. As captain of the SS lululemon, she is big on people bringing all of themselves to work - talents, vulnerabilities, happy dances - the works.

Christine Day has lead lululemon to great heights, my wife and I spent USD10,000 buying products from lululemon stores in Boston. We love the brand and it’s culture so much, that we would love to partner with Christie and lululemon to roll out stores in the middle east.

Christine is the perfect embodiment of a great leader, and lives out everything that lululemon embraces. I had the great opportunity to meet her and show her around one of the stores, and she just let me talk, while she smiled and listened. Not many times can a retail employee feel empowered by their leaders as much as lululemon allows and promotes. Keep up the good work Christine, and good luck in living out your goals.

Just saw a YouTube video on UW Foster School of Business channel. Amazing!! So I had to do a search on her and I’m inspired by her! Keep up the good work and hopefully I’ll get to become CEO as well. :)
