recap: instagram takeover

na_wk35_blog_instagramtakeover

Our Instagram is behind the scenes access to all the fun stuff we’re up to. Whether it’s a group yoga class that one of our stores is hosting, our favourite pre- or post-run smoothie or a sneak peek at a product photo shoot, we share it all on Instagram and last month, we decided to let four rad girls from across North America take the controls. We started at the top of a mountain in Salt Lake City, and ended in Toronto with a glass of white wine.

For those of you who missed Anne, Natalie, Amy and Sara in September—or for the bunch of us who just want to hang out with them again—we’ve recapped it all for you, right here, right now.

Anne

is a key leader at our Trolley Square store in Salt Lake City. Her own Instagram feed is the epitome of a rad workout and an amazing life.

Anne

Natalie

is another key leader, rocking it at our South Center store in Cow Town (that’s Calgary, of course). She’s a beautiful photographer and a jewellery maker.

Natalie

Amy

we found in balmy Miami Beach—doing handstands! We soon discovered that she’s always doing handstands.

Amy

Sara

wound up the fun in vibrant Toronto. She started her lululemon career in Ottawa, but now manages our Briar Hill store in Toronto and has New York City in sight next.

I absolutely adore everything I have ever purchased from Lululemon! It stylishly fits my active lifestyle, and as a Pilates Reformer Instructor/Studio Owner, I’m wearing Lulu pretty much everyday. I even selected Lulu clothing for my website photo shoot! My only complaint is that I seem to wear the most popular sizes (4 to 6), because so much of what I would happily purchase is never available. Any chance you’ll start making more of those sizes??

Hi Robyn,
Those sizes are definitely popular. We’ll pass along your desire to see more of those sizes made.

I suspect that if those Lulu staff members had wanted to make their accounts public, they’d have posted links. Chances are they wouldn’t want the influx of random followers.

Yes, there are no links to any Instagram accounts here. At a minimum, you should provide the link to the lululemon Instragram account.
