spring in your step

Have you seen the beautiful running gear blossoming this season? Sunshine or not, these colours and fabrics can't help but put some Spring in your step. Run, jump, and enjoy life this season.

Stretch out your winter legs and dress them up with Chirp and March Checkmate!

Could your back and hips use some revolving crescent?

Side stretch and half moon = divine.

Dancer's pose to open your back and hips for a run. Great before and after a good workout.

One OM, and she's ready to run.

This 'barely there' tank is loose and comfortable and will make you sing like Whitney Houston. "Ohh I just wanna run with somebodddyy!!"

The soft waistband and loftiness of the Run:Tracker Shorts makes a girl wanna jump!

See what I mean? Now stash your cash in your hidden pockets and get moving!

Namaste.

The run gear that puts a Spring in Heather's step:
Heather is an educator from the Downtown San Diego Showroom and she is wearing a size 6 in everything.

I Just Wanna Run SL (Available in store and online)

Why We Love This: You can barely feel this tank on your back, almost like running naked as a child. Made with Silverescent™ which has anti-stink and anti-static properties, so sweat it up and you won't stink it up. Last but not least, this lovely is loose fitting, and so comfortable. I personally love it for the winter hibernating pounds I just might be carrying.

Run: Tracker Shorts Available in store and online.

Why We Love This: These shorts are mid-length and made with extra volume for freedom of movement. My badonk is not constricted by fabric, and my legs are free to do what they do.

Flow Y Bra (Available in store and online.)

Why We Love This: Lower support bra that is comfortable, and supportive enough for smaller busts.

Need more support?
All Sport Bra (Available in store and online.)

Why We Love This: This is a great cross training bra for everything from yoga to run, specifically for women who love strong support.

Need even more support?
Ta Ta Tamer for busts sizes 32C-38DD. (Available in store and online)

Why We Love This: Prefer no movement upstairs? This is the bra for you. Jump around in this thing, we've got your back and your front.

I really love all of these running gear blogs, and I especially love running in my Tracker Shorts! I have been attracted to that new running tank since it came out…will definitely check it out during my next Lulu store visit.

Quite excited by all this talk of the All Sports Bra. What other full support bras can you suggest?

Hey Jean,

A step up from the All Sports Bra would be the Ta Ta Tamer! However, the All Sports is my favourite, unless you literally want those girls to never move and are dealing with a large C cup +.

Hope this helps!

LOVE the new colours & styles. Great pictures as well, I want to go out in the sunshine all the more now.

@Jean have you had a look at the Ta Ta Tamer? That’s one of the most support bras lululemon have. It has adjustable straps and hooks up the back like a normal bra. Great for any high impact workout.

I’m pretty sure that Dancer’s Pose is a compression pose with a twist for your back, and opens your chest and shoulders, not a back opening pose.

I’m not a yoga instructor by any means Mary, I just have repeatedly heard my hot yoga instructor talk about it as being a standing back opener. I could be wrong. Thanks so much for pointing this out, I will do some research. -Whitney
