I really love all of these running gear blogs, and I especially love running in my Tracker Shorts! I have been attracted to that new running tank since it came out…will definitely check it out during my next Lulu store visit.

Hey Jean,

A step up from the All Sports Bra would be the Ta Ta Tamer! However, the All Sports is my favourite, unless you literally want those girls to never move and are dealing with a large C cup +.

LOVE the new colours & styles. Great pictures as well, I want to go out in the sunshine all the more now.

@Jean have you had a look at the Ta Ta Tamer? That’s one of the most support bras lululemon have. It has adjustable straps and hooks up the back like a normal bra. Great for any high impact workout.

I’m pretty sure that Dancer’s Pose is a compression pose with a twist for your back, and opens your chest and shoulders, not a back opening pose.

I’m not a yoga instructor by any means Mary, I just have repeatedly heard my hot yoga instructor talk about it as being a standing back opener. I could be wrong. Thanks so much for pointing this out, I will do some research. -Whitney
