sweat once a day: recap

The online community team started 2010 off the right way by challenging ourselves, the company and the world to truly live up to our manifesto’s quote of sweat once a day. We announced the challenge at the beginning of the month and were excited to see who would come along for the ride. The results: everyone sweating up a storm! We tried new activities, pushed our bodies, met new friends, met deadlines and created some new healthy habits that will carry us throughout the year.

Below are some of the photos that capture what happened in January from our team and photos that were sent in from guests:

Thanks SO much for starting 2010 off on the right (sweaty) foot with this challenge!

I had to get creative to keep myself from getting bored and to be able to sweat once a day on a Caribbean cruise vacation – and it was so much fun! Who knew trekking around new cities, rocking a surf simulator and climbing Mayan ruins count as *exercise*? I do now. :-)

@Katie, good luck with your very first half marathon. What an amazing goal! Be sure to let us know how it goes.

@health_nutty Thanks for taking up the call for our challenge, it really was such a great way to start off the new year! I must say you had spectacular backdrop to your happy sweating! Sounds fantastic.
